On September 26, 2024, Hurricane Helene made landfall in the Big Bend area of Florida as a Category 4 storm. As it moved north across the Deep South and northwest through the southern Appalachians, Helene caused significant impacts throughout the Southeast U.S., particularly in western North Carolina.

In our region, storm totals exceeded four inches of rain, and wind gusts reached between 45 and 60 mph on the morning of September 27. This storm hit close to home for us at Absolute. In response, the Absolute Care Foundation has made a $5,000 donation to assist those affected. We kindly ask for your support to help our fellow technicians who have suffered great losses due to this disaster. Thank you for your generosity!
