They believe as business owners they not only have a great opportunity, but also a responsibility to make a true difference  in the lives of others.

The Guys That Started It All!

We could tell you about Conrad’s education and specialization in fixed dental prosthetics, and his passion for dental implantology. Or we could tell you about Drew’s degree in dental technology and his exceptional artistic ability when it comes to dental ceramics.

But that isn’t what this is about…

September 14, 2007 started like any other day. Drew and Conrad went to work, expecting more of the same… except this day ended like no other. At 5:45 pm, Conrad received a phone call that would haunt him for a long time to come. The words, “Sir, I am so sorry to tell you, but it is cancer,” shook him to his core. He spent the next months fighting Stage III colo-rectal cancer through surgery and chemotherapy. One day, shortly after surgery to remove the tumor, Conrad came to the realization that most of his life was spent for himself. Sitting in a hospital bed, told he might never leave the room, he finally understood that a life spent solely on oneself was truly a life wasted. Later, with the fight still very real, Drew and Conrad decided to re-invent Absolute Dental Lab and what it stood for. No longer would their focus be self-centered. Together they wrote Absolute Dental’s new mission statement:

–To serve our customers with unquestioned integrity while providing dental prosthetics of unrivaled quality and esthetics.
 
–Honoring God with our business and through the way we conduct ourselves.
 
–Building an environment where our employees can grow in their abilities to serve our customers and their patients with ABSOLUTE excellence.
 

Today, almost 5 years later, Conrad and Drew have a true passion for doing something bigger than only dental prosthetics and ceramics.
